Several other posts concerning this issue with programs of a similar design to warband most likely have this issue as well. I simply removed the broken code, and inputted the correct term for my language, 'en' for English and saving the. The contents was a broken Chinese character code that caused the string issue. rglrlgString.cpp could not function properly as it could not read what language to pick from (as the program has multiple languages for user preference ) txt could not read Chinese symbols, hence File. When adding a foreign language-module (mod) with it's own launcher (in my case it was Chinese), the launcher made the language different from your native language, and in my case my. txt file in the program's settings folder in My Documents concerning language. None of that would have been helpful in isolating the issue.
